This site compares Callbell against five other WhatsApp-capable AI chatbot platforms — Tidio (Lyro AI), Respond.io, Intercom Fin, Talkees, and Engati. Callbell sponsors this site, and some links are affiliate links (see the disclosure in the footer of every page). That relationship is exactly why we publish the sourcing behind every number here: so you can check our work instead of taking a comparison site's word for it.

Where the numbers come from

Pricing figures are taken directly from each vendor's own public pricing page at the time of writing, not from resellers or third-party estimates. Trustpilot and G2 ratings link straight to the live review page for that vendor, so you can read the underlying reviews yourself rather than trust a summary — see, for example, Callbell's Trustpilot page or G2 directly. Category and adoption statistics (channel counts, regional WhatsApp usage, language support) are cross-checked against vendor documentation and independent research sources such as Statista and Gartner where public data exists.

Beyond Trustpilot and G2, we also reference Capterra, SourceForge, Tekpon, and Ringover for independent review data and category context, plus each vendor's own site for feature and pricing claims.

How we handle "resolution rate" claims

Every AI chatbot vendor in this category advertises some version of an autonomous resolution rate, and those numbers are the least standardized metric we cover — vendors define "resolved" differently, and marketed figures often run well ahead of what independent reviews and case studies report. Rather than repeat a vendor's headline percentage as fact, we separate the marketed number from what's reported in practice and cite both. Our full breakdown of how these percentages are defined and why they diverge lives in What "The Bot Resolves It Itself" Really Means.

Why the numbers can go stale

Vendor pricing, review counts, and star ratings all change continuously. Star ratings backed by a large review base (Tidio, Intercom Fin) move slowly; ratings from a small sample (Respond.io, Engati) can shift meaningfully with just a handful of new reviews. We snapshot and date every figure — look for the "as of" date next to a stat — and revisit the comparison periodically rather than treating any number here as permanently fixed.

Corrections

If you work at one of the vendors we cover and believe a figure is outdated or inaccurate, or you're a reader who's spotted something that doesn't add up, we want to know — the goal of this site is to be a comparison worth trusting, not a sales page dressed up as one.
